Cancellations

All cancelled orders will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us before cancelling.

Return Policy

Any products not manufactured by Cornfield Fishing Gear are not eligible for return. All products are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. All Cornfield Fishing Gear product returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in original condition, no scratches, marks, or dents on any surface or finish. Returned products must be in new condition. You must have a Proof of Purchase for all returns and exchanges. Contact info@cornfieldfishinggear.com for return instructions and warranty issues. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping method, including shipping insurance to cover the full amount of your purchase in case of damage or loss by the shipping company.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged Cornfield Fishing Gear products, please contact us at the customer service number to arrange for an exchange. We may require pictures and videos of your products and/or shipping materials.

* A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
