Warranty
Cornfield Fishing Gear (The Company), subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein, warrants to the original retail purchaser only that each product sold by The Company will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions for one (1) year after the date of purchase. The Company will repair or replace, at The Company’s option, any product that is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal operating conditions during the one-year period after the purchase by the original retail purchaser.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL BE LIMITED IN DURATION THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD SPECIFIED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To obtain performance under this warranty, the purchaser must return the product to The Company in the product’s original packaging or in other suitable packaging and must include a written description of the alleged defect, order number, and proof of date of purchase. All warranty claims and returns must be sent to the following address.

The Company will promptly investigate all warranty claims. If The Company replaces a product, the warranty period for the replacement product will be the remaining warranty period (if any) for the original replaced product. The foregoing remedy is exclusive and is granted in lieu of all other remedies. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
This warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accident, alterations, failure to follow instructions, fire, acts of nature, or any cause other than a defect in material or workmanship. Shipping costs (including freight, insurance, etc.) to and from The Company are not covered by this warranty and shall be paid by the purchaser.
IN NO EVENT, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WHICH HAS GIVEN RISE TO THE CLAIM OR LIABILITY. ANY LIABILITY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE PRODUCT SHALL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD SPECIFIED ABOVE. This warranty supersedes any warranty or guarantee previously made the Company with respect to the product.
